At Globacon, we are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals involved in our projects. To achieve this, we have implemented the SANS 1393 Construction Management Systems, which enables us to comply with the relevant regulations in the construction sector, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act (85 of 1993) and the Construction Regulations (2014). Our full-time Safety Officer, registered with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP), proactively identifies, mitigates, and eliminates potential hazards and risks wherever possible. As a result of our rigorous safety protocols, we are proud to report that our projects have achieved a zero reportable injury record to date and we will strive to keep it at zero for all future projects.
